STEP

1. Install drivers

2. Copy device imei and save it

3. Get the flash code from any Huawei calculator

4. Remove line and battery from the device

5. Open the device

6. Using a twizer connect the 2 point below

7. Connect to pc with USB cable
8. Open Balong_USB_Downloader

9. click detect

10. Click on the … near load and select usbloader.bin
11. Click on load and wait to complete u will see
something like this

12. As Admin run and install P711s-E5_Update_21.110.99.02.00 when
asked for code put code you got in step 3 when done
13. Open DC unlocker click scan it will detect modem now below the line
down type AT^CIMEI=”your imei saved in step 2” and hit enter
14. Run and install Update_WEBUI_17.100.08.00.03_Rndis
15. Run and install E5573_Update_21.180.17.00.00 done
